Biography:
Tijjani Shehu Yahaya is a highly accomplished sports and media professional with a strong reputation in broadcasting, sports marketing, and talent development. With over two decades of experience, he has made significant contributions to Nigeria’s sports and entertainment industries.

Born and raised in Kano, Nigeria, Tijjani developed a passion for media and football at an early age. He pursued his education at Bayero University Kano, earning a degree in Geography (Ed), and later acquired professional certifications in Film and TV from Downtown Community TV College in New York, USA.

His career spans leadership roles in television, radio, and sports management. As the CEO of K-Series Multimedia Limited and K-Series Sport Management Agency Limited, he has produced award-winning TV shows and documentaries that have gained national and international recognition. His expertise in broadcasting led him to serve as Managing Director of Hijrah TV, where he played a key role in expanding its audience and impact.

In the sports sector, Tijjani has been instrumental in football talent development. As Chairman of K-Series Football Academy, he has helped young Nigerian players secure opportunities in international leagues. He also played a significant role as General Manager of Hausa Sport TV Plus, increasing its viewership to over 2 million. During his tenure as General Manager and Marketing Officer of Kano Pillars FC, he successfully led sponsorship deals and organized the club’s historic 30th-anniversary documentary.

Beyond Nigeria, Tijjani has built strong global connections, working as a consultant and scout for international football academies such as Seven A Football Academy in the UK. He is also affiliated with major sports and media organizations, including FIFA, Equal Access International, and Africa Magic Hausa DSTV.
